Now that we have read about all 4 disciplines, which one was your favourite? Did it differ from the one you were most excited about when starting the book?

    Discipline 3 – The discipline of engagement (scoreboard)
    Getting people personally engaged in the goal vs being told what to do.

    I’m finding myself more interested in discipline four than I thought I would be. I was more interested in one to start but now I am seeing how important four is to the success of one. You can’t focus on something without accountability.

    Focusing on WIG was a discipline I favored, and I think by the end of the book, it’s still the one I was most excited about.

    Scoreboard was one I was unsure of, but understand the importance moreso now.
